10 pieces of evidence that went against Corby

I told you she's Guilty.

Read this from The Age: 10 pieces of evidence that went against her

10 pieces of evidence that went against her

1. The vacuum-sealed marijuana was in a boogie board bag that Corby admitted owning.

2. Customs official Gusti Nyoman Winata said he asked Corby to open the bag, but she unzipped only a front pocket. "When I opened it a bit, she said: 'No'," Mr Winata said. "I asked: 'Why?', and she said: 'I have some,' and looked confused." Mr Winata added that she blocked his hand to stop him opening the main zip.

3. Corby disputed Mr Winata's version, but there was no CCTV system in operation to support her denial.

4. A second customs official said Corby admitted owning the drugs.

5. Corby failed to notice the bag's extra weight. Her excuse was that the bag's handle had been broken on the way to Bali, meaning she had to drag it.

6. While Australian baggage handlers have since been linked to an airport cocaine-smuggling ring, which was in operation on the date Corby flew to Bali, there has never been any suggestion or evidence of them trafficking marijuana.

7. A drug dealer employing baggage handlers would be highly unlikely to smuggle four kilograms of marijuana into Brisbane airport and then into a stranger's bag, just to send it on to Sydney. Such a task would further require another handler at Sydney to sneak it out of the bag and hide it while attempting to get it out of the airport. As road haulage experts have confirmed, smug-glers could avoid this by sending it by road.

8. Prosecutors claim the plastic bag was the same size and shape as the boogie board bag, suggesting it had been organised to fit, as opposed to being stuffed in by someone else, such as baggage handlers.

9. Hydroponic marijuana is highly sought after among cashed-up expatriates and tourists in Bali.

10. Had Corby been aware of the drugs and had her bag been properly secured with a padlock, there would have been no chance of her claiming that the marijuana had been planted in her bag.

If you were smuggling drugs why would you leave your bag unlocked? Especially if you had been to Bali before.
Why hasn't anyone dug up some dirt on Schapelle? Surely she'd have supplied marijuana to someone somewhere before, and surely the media would have found out by now. The trouble with her case is that it was up to her to solve the crime. How would you go about proving your innocence if this happened to you.

10 Pieces of Evidence that she is INNOCENT!!!

1. If she knew it was in her bag, why would she admit it was her's! Being an intelligent person don't you think she would have denied it? A boogie board is not worth your life! I'm sure she could buy a new one!

2. Balinese ppl would do anything for money! Have you been there? Begger central!

3.How convenient no security cameras! I'm sure the balinese government can afford one! They do accept bribes u know! Also back to #2!

4. Again #2! I guess the person whom didnt know Corby or her family personally is also a liar!Funnily enough he supported Corby's claim. Stating "Corby's innocent claim to the baggage handlers is true, she kept repeating no it's not mine, I don't know how it got there." Government dismissed claims as he 'was a close and personal friend of the corby family' Funnily enough he was from Albury Victoria.

5. Corby's brother carried her bag to the customs officals. But hey being psychic and all she should of known it was heavier!

6. There is now evidence of cannabis trafficking. But hey who cares. The balinese povo bastards now how there money. who cares about her!

7. Who says it was put in her bag in brisbane? Nobody knows for sure!

8. Back to point #2 AGAIN! You obviously saw it on tv. Did it look the same size as her bag to you? If it did, get your eyes checked immediately!

9. It's worth nothing over there. 1 million rupia is only $13.000 AUD. Do your math. would it be worth it. I highly doubt the balinese ppl would spend a fortnights wages on a bag of cannabis that would market for $25.00 here. $25.00 to us is a piece of pi*s.

10. Locks on luggage have been illegal since september 11! Get out more!

SUPPORT CORBY 96% OF AUSTRALIA DO!

All of the evidence suggesting Corby is guilty is completely circumstantial and therefore erroneous. It's too easy to look at any one point and say "well, that could still be the case if she is innocent". The evidence strongly suggests that Corby is innocent, and as a political analyst, I can quite comfortably point this out. Sadly, however; we can't expect everyone to be able to understand this case, despite the relative simplicity of its nature. There are going to be people who have much difficulty interpreting evidence based on its merit, rather than its existance. Australians will boycott Indonesia to the best of there ability because their options are so limited. There is no other constructive way we can express our disgust with the curent corruption amongst officials in Bali. Voting and electing our current government impacted this situation gravely. Obviously, the culpability isn't just amongst officials in Bali, it's a sad fact that every Australian who voted Liberal has to accpet a share of the responsibility here, however; you'll find that only few would. Our consciences are as bold as our egos, we will not voluntarily sacrafice either.

The Sydney Morning Herald reported that Western tourists in Bali prefer to buy drugs from other Western tourists to minimise the risks of being caught in a frequent police trap, given that Indonesia has no laws barring entrapment. This report also alleged that the quality of marijuana in Indonesia is quite poor, and that therefore Australian marijuana sells for a relatively large amount in Bali.

I would say that she's quite smart! Come on guys, she was just aiming for the best market! Can't blame her for that ;p

J.S.,
BOYCOTT BALI????

Well in 2004 Indonesian students in Australia are about 20.000 students.

According to Melbourne Univ, standard cost of living of international student per month is: (in AU$ excluding travel allowance, visa, college fee, etc.)
- living allowance: $250
- lodging : $1000
- meals : $400
- insurance : $30
- books and supplies: $50
- person. expenses: $200
- local transport: $60
- tuition fee : $2000
So it makes:
AU$ 3740 per MONTH/student.

And total per YEAR for 20.000 students:
almost AU$ 1 billion

I must remind you that international students must pay more than locals for tuition fee.

So, who's gonna lose from this boycott competition??? BOTH. You give us your tourist dollar and we give you our students money. Boycotting each other is not necessary and I consider it fool. Just dont be so arrogant, we need each other, didn't Adam Smith and David Ricardo tell you about that longtime ago?

Well in the australian court system a character reference goes a long way. I was once i court, someone got off much lighter than I though he was a more serious repeat offender. But because he played in the local football team the judge let him off. His lawyer stated that if he were unable to play in the local footy team the local community would suffer, and it worked.

So for corby they better pull out their biggest one, ressurect that fucking useless human cricketer don bradman. He scored 100 in a game or something is is a national hero for that.

If don bradman went to the trial I am sure things would be different.

She is innocent and was framed by australian current affair programs and their television networks. You see, the quality of shows here has been dropping rapidly, with all the cost cutting theat large companies are doing they have stopped buying new programs from overseas. By framing corby they have plenty of material to take up time, thus saving costs.

Um, aren't we giving Indonesia over AU $1 billion in tsunami aid? So what's that about not needing our money? Because believe me, we'd rather spend it those who are worth it.

Jess wasn't implying that Corby should be set free because Australia sent $1billion in aid money. Jess was pointing out the fact that you guys don't seem to need our financial assistance. Therefore, there's no point in you guys holding on to Australia's $1billion in aid, if you don't need it. Maybe your students can spend that $740 million in student contributions in your own country, and study in Indonesia instead.

come on!! you deliberately omitted the evidence that prove she's innocent:

- she has good looks
- she has big boobs

do you really think a good looking chick with big boobs can smuggle drugs into another country? that's ridiculous!!

support Derryn Hinch's left boob breast reduction in Indonesia, tie her to an oil palm and reduce those boobs. Derryn Hinch wants to see the reduced left breast soon. He wants to see if it is the size of a 15 year old girls boobies, just the age and size he loves.

Wow. If this is really the best evidence against Corby, then maybe she is innocent. Before coming to this site I was undecided, but seeing the weak arguments all summarised like this just shows how empty they are.

Thanks.

The corby family are a disgrace to Australia, they showed total disrespect to our Government and the Indonesian legal system. Anyone who has travelled to any Asian country should understand the consequneces of their actions and what problems may arise. Mercedes Corby has lived in Bali for 10years and has exploited it for her own financial gain by establishing a business and marrying a local. The entire Corby family are a disgarce and embarrassment to Australia. There are thousands of political prisoners throughout the world that deserve our support more than Schapelle Corby. I hope this is last we hear of this. It is all KAARMA whether quilty or innocent

Detective Sargeant Christopher Laycock was jailed on April 4, 2012, the son of a former Assistant Commissioner of Police, John Laycock. It has taken almost 8 years for Laycock to meet his fate. The NSW Crime Commission recorded a conversation with 2 of Laycock's criminal mates regarding the pickup of Marijuana from Sydney Airport on the 8th October 2004. Recognise the Date?? It is the same day that Schapelle corby flew to Bali. But what meets the eye here is something of a mirage, his last hearing on March 29, 2012, before he was sentenced, was closed to the public on account of a mysterious 30 page "naming and shaming" document . The Australian Associated Press has subsequently reported what the court has instructed them to report. The real story here is not only what is in that document and why it has taken 8 years for Laycock to meet his fate but what the NSW Crime Commission and the AFP have hidden from the public for almost 8 years. The NSW Crime Commission recognised the significance of the recording with Laycock's criminal mates and consulted a named officer within the AFP. Both parties sat on it. Schapelle was never told, no one was ever told until the Expendable Project obtained the minutes.

When Mick Keelty (Commissioner of Police) came out in the press stating " there is no evidence to suggest corrupt bagage handlers" 2 weeks before Schapelle's verdict HE LIED. In fact Keelty knew that drug syndication was rife at Sydney airport, he had the Kessing Reports, the tape of the NSW Crime Commission and Operation Mocha (Investigation into drug syndication at Sydney airport) was in progress on the very day Schapelle flew to Bali. Assistant Director of the NSW Crime Commission, Mark Standen was jailed in November 2011 for his role in drug syndication at Sydney airport it took 7 years for Mark Standen to be Jailed.

In 2005 William Moss also known as William Miller ( the criminal friend of Detective Laycock) came out in the press in 2005 and said he was suppose to pickup the marijuana on the day Schapelle flew to Bali. William Moss/miller sued the ABC ...The press ridiculed him and the ABC said that they would ruin him and bankrupt him ., The ABC had defamed him on a page on their website When the Expendable project got a hold of the NSW Crime Commission minutes of a meeting regarding the recorded conversation The ABC paid Moss/Miller out and took down the defamatory web page. A copy of the cheque paid to Moss/Miller is on the Expendable project website.

John Howard and his mate Max Moore-Wilton ( Head of Sydney Airport) knew about all of this and they did nothing. They covered up all the evidence that PROVED Schapelle was innocent. John Howard, Mick Keelty, Alexander Downer and Christopher Ellison witheld vital information from a court that would have helped free Schapelle!!

The whole Schapelle Corby case was a sham from the beginning ... Tell me How does one get 4.2kg of smelly, pungent marijuana through 3 Australian airports (Brisbane domestic, sydney domestic & sydney international) without it being detected????? Why was Schapelle's boogie board bag the only bag that was NOT screened at Sydney airport??? Why did CCTV footage from the 3 Australian airports with over 200 cameras mysteriously Disappear????
